Jewellery care

Follow the material and care instructions on your product listing. Contact support if those details are missing before buying. Product-specific plating, water-resistance and warranty claims must be confirmed in the listing.

Account and privacy

Accounts are optional. Guest checkout does not need an email code; an email code is used only when you choose account sign-in or need to look up an order on another browser.
